MULTE Program

Fargo Apartments - MULTE Income Limits

Fargo Apartments is excited to offer MULTE units. Some of the apartments displayed may be designated as MULTE units, which require income qualification and verification as part of the application process.

Fargo Apartments participates in the Multiple-Unit Limited Tax Exemption (MULTE) Program, an affordable housing initiative administered by the Portland Housing Bureau. Through this program, a limited number of apartment homes are offered at restricted rental rates.

To qualify for a MULTE apartment home, household income must fall within the Area Median Income (AMI) limits established for the program. These income limits are published annually by HUD. Fargo Apartments offers MULTE units designated at 60% AMI for households that meet the program's eligibility requirements.

You can learn more about current income, rent, and utility limits on PHB's website.
